Three distinguished distilleries. Three singular expressions. One unforgettable journey through the heart of Scotland.
Single Malt Scotch Whisky · 3 × 20cl · 42% Vol
The Highland Passage presents a trio of expressions from three of Scotland's most revered producers. Each bottle is a window into a distinct philosophy of distillation — from the maritime peat of Orkney to the unpeated elegance of the Lowland fringe.

Sherry & Bourbon Oak
On the Nose
Heather honey and aromatic peat smoke. Beneath lies stewed orange peel, a whisper of beeswax, and dried wildflowers picked from Orkney's windswept cliffs.
On the Palate
Rich and full-bodied. The peat is gentle, wrapped in layers of dark chocolate, sweet malt, and warming winter spice. A cascade of dried fruits gives way to a long, smoky finish.
The Finish
Lingering. Smoky heather trails into honeyed sweetness that refuses to fade. A dram that asks you to stay a while longer.

Islay
Sherry Cask
On the Nose
Fresh sea air and salted caramel. A gentle nuttiness emerges — toasted hazelnuts and dried apricot — with just the faintest coastal minerality.
On the Palate
Unpeated and surprisingly delicate for an Islay malt. Rich sherry influence brings stewed fruits and toffee, while the maritime character lends a crisp, clean backbone.
The Finish
Medium length. Dried fruits and a pleasant saltiness that recalls sea-washed stone. A contemplative, elegant close.

Sherry & Refill Cask
On the Nose
Green apples and toffee. Clean, bright, and inviting — with notes of vanilla fudge and a hint of fresh-cut grass in the Campsie Fells.
On the Palate
The slowest distillation in Scotland rewards patience. Creamy malt, ripe pear, and cinnamon-dusted porridge. Completely unpeated — pure, clean barley shining through.
The Finish
Soft and warming. Nutmeg and gentle oak tannins fade to a mellow, malty sweetness. A civilised conclusion to a distinguished flight.
